Return Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt from Wright Bros Home and Auto Store.
  • Request for item(s) return must be made within seven (7) days of delivery date via email or mobile message.
  • Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear):
  • If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one. If the item is not available, Wright Bros Home and Auto Store credit will be issued.
  • If an order has already been shipped, shipping will not be refunded.
  • A refund will be given on any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
  • Exchanges on non-defective items will not be considered.
